西班牙&E invests in programs that advance K-16 STEM education and leadership development in historically underrepresented communities.
Through our signature projects, including 西班牙&E’s #BeThatGirl mentorship program, we aim to ensure that every student has equitable access to a bright future.
- 西班牙&E’s CEO-led #BeThatGirl employee engagement program pairs women STEM and trade professionals with community mentorship opportunities. In 2021, more than 100 #BeThatGirl participants engaged in community events.
- 2021年，可持续发展目标&E provided funding to launch chapters for the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) at CSU San Marcos to support diversity in STEM education and careers.

To encourage girls’ interest in STEM careers at an early age, 西班牙&E’s #BeThatGirl initiative offers mentorship opportunities by STEM and trade professionals for schools and non-profits in our communities.
